A Filipino designer all the way from Davao making waves in Vancouver. Steffy De Mylo showcased her unique couture creations at the Sinag Tela fashion show 2019. With no formal training, she followed her heart to design Mindanao-inspired clothes made of Malong, an indigenous fabric and later released her first collection of shoes.
The Sinag Tela Fashion Show 2019 was held at the Hilton’s Crystal Ballroom and organized and spearheaded by Philippine Cultural Heritage Society prior to its festival.
