It was a perfect treat for the Simply the Best team to be invited inside Chef Siddharth’s kitchen at his Indian Restaurant Siddhartha’s Kitchen on Commercial Drive. Chef Siddharth showed us a modern and unique technique of cooking Butter Chicken. You’ll never guess the “secret” ingredient that makes this Butter Chicken amazing! The result was a delicious and healthy sauce that would appeal to everyone. It wasn’t too spicy and it wasn’t too salty. It was simply perfect!
We met Chef Siddharth a year ago and we were really glad to visit him and his restaurant right on busy Commercial drive. The beautiful decor and very dark wood tables added to the relaxing ambiance of the restaurant.
Thanks to Chef Siddharth for accommodating us during his break. We had an awesome time! The food was simply the best!
